Intellectual property rights may prompt or hinder cultural diversity. trust of IPRS is main form which can harm cultural diversityï¼Ã‚›measures taken by cultural diversity convention probably violate WTO agreement, especially TRIPS, which must be amended if cultural diversity convention is to be implementedï¼Ã‚›the country can take some policies or measures to protect and prompt cultural diversity, including antitrustï¼Ã‚ÂŒquota, subsidy, controlling practices which have adverse effects on competition in the relevant market, cultural diversity exception. etc.
